However, people in Hong Kong live busy lives, and not everyone has to do some exercise to remove dampness. Therefore, I will start to train myself in terms of diet until I am not wet and heavy all day long. 😴
The "Yam and Pumpkin Chicken Soup" that I teach you to cook today can remove dampness, strengthen the spleen, replenish qi and lungs, and is very suitable for drinking during this season. 🍲
Material:
Half a fresh chicken, 400 grams of pumpkin, 400 grams of yam, 15 wolfberries, 2 slices of ginger, appropriate amount of salt
Cooking method:
1. Wash, peel and cut the pumpkin and yam into large pieces, wash the wolfberry, wash and slice the ginger and set aside.
2. Wash the fresh chicken and cut into large pieces, boil in water and set aside.
3. Bring 10 bowls of water to a boil over medium heat, add ginger, chicken pieces and yam, wait until it comes to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
